Small furnished double room available overlooking the garden with its own shower room. Room has tv point. Currently has 1 wardrobe and 1 set of drawers but could provide a 2nd wardrobe if needed. Shared use of lounge, dining area and kitchen. Property is a 5 min walk from woodbridge surrounded by our own garden tucked away from the hustle and bustle. There is a cat and dog at the property. During the day there are some renovations going on in part of the property (not the shared living areas) and so not suitable for night shift workers.
