Cosy double/single room in peaceful suburb of Wood

Hi. I am a live in landlord looking for a tenant to joins us in my home. It's a very peaceful area and we are surrounded by a large garden full of nature. The room has an ensuite with shower. It's a small double room but with 2 double wardrobes so plenty of storage. It currently has a single bed in but happy to get a double bed in there if preferred. It looks out over the back garden. There's a nutty spaniel and a demanding cat in residence. Some of the property is still undergoing renovation when funds allow. Looking for a quiet clean and tidy housemate in employment or on student placement (not wfh). Must be a non smoker. Happy to consider mon-fri let for a lesser rent. We are a friendly household but have our own social lives and hobbies.
