We are a friendly family of four (our children are 7 and 9) who have a lovely double room to rent in our newly renovated family home.

The room has its own kitchenette, and is in a separate part of the house to the main living area so feels quite private. It also benefits from the following:

The house benefits from being within easy access of the A140 and A14 and is just 15 mins drive from Diss and Stowmarket, and 35 mins from Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and Norwich.

The tenant must have a car as we are not within walking distance of anything apart from a petrol station.
