I am a professional female looking for someone (No COUPLES PLEASE) to rent a double room (single occupancy) in my 2 bedroom house in Newmarket. The room is furnished with Wardrobe, Drawers, Bedside cabinet and double bed.

You will also have access to use the rest of the house which includes: Private Driveway, Lounge/dining area, Kitchen, Bathroom and large Garden.

Bills are included in the rent (wireless internet access, electricity, water, council tax).

Please note that I travel with work on occassion and I own two horses so am not at home a lot.

Newmarket has plenty to offer and the house is located only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town, where there are a range of shops, restaurants and even a gym.

Newmarket has excellent transport links(rail & Road) to Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Thetford, Norwich and London via the A11/M11 coridoor. There are also regular bus services to Cambridge, Ely & Bury St Edmunds.
