Large room for rent

Hi my names mark and i have a large room available to rent in a 2 bed house on studlands park newmarket. The house has large kitchen, bathroom and downstairs wc, lounge, shed and garden. Broadband is available, facilities included excluding lounge, house in a peaceful area close to shops, looking for someone who's respectful, trustworthy, tidy and nice to get on with, looking for english person but polish is ok if speak good english! thanks, must mention that only looking for 1 person
