Hello, I'm Jemma and I am renting a double furnished room in my home. My home is freshly decorated clean and tidy. There's no TV so the radio is on most of the day. There is a TV in the room but I don't receive any channels. There is a private front south-facing garden, that I am wanting to make beautiful this year. The street is quiet and I know all my neighbours. It’s a 20 minute walk into town and about 35 to the train station. I'm looking for a short time resident.
