Master bedroom in town centre

Hi,
A steal of a master bedroom sharing with one other is on offer in Newmarket town centre.
The terraced home is on a quiet residential street with shops, pubs and restaurants a couple of minutes away. It has gardens back and front with nearby train and bus connections to Cambridge and Bury and free parking nearby.
There’s plenty communal space including a large sitting room, two gardens, a dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
The other lodger is an easygoing and responsible 26-year-old female care worker and I’ll make the occasional visit to say hello while working full time as a newspaper journalist in London.
The electric and heating bills are not included in the rent - you’ll pay a third of the monthly bill which comes to around £30.
The current lodger is leaving for sudden personal reasons after a year of making the house her home.
I’m looking for a responsible and considerate long term lodger with a stable job and connections to the area.
The room has a large wardrobe and storage cupboards but will otherwise be unfurnished. I can supply a double bed and mattress, table and chair on request.
