Furnished double room
I am looking for someone to join me in a two bed house on Stanley Road.
£400 pcm
Plus bills which are around £150 a month.

The room is the smaller of the two bedrooms and has a double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers and wardrobe.


There is a terrace at the back, which is lovely to sit out in the sun!

A bit about me - I’m 24, work in Cambridge and get the train there, from Newmarket station, which is a little over 10 minutes walk from the house.
I tend to work about 2 to 3 days from home

I usually play tennis a few times a week and then Netflix the rest (the wifi is pretty good here)! At the weekends, I like to go out for a few drinks with mates or visit my girlfriend.

I’m someone who’s tidy and has always enjoyed living in a sociable house so I’m looking to find someone similar and around my age.
