Single room in Town

Single room in Terraced house , live in landlord and Labrador. Might consider well behaved pet. Safe sane sensible lodger sought. Internet Sky all the usual stuff, fairly easy going but value my privacy too as I hope do you.

Ok need some updates. Firstly as of the 1st of May the room is still available.
This room is In Newmarket, please make sure you understand where that is and whether the commute to wherever you work or study works for you before contacting. It saves wasting your time but more importantly mine.
I only communicate through this site until you have taken the room or been accepted to have the room. Please don’t message asking for personal contact info as a refusal can offend.
A Labrador is a dog, a large black dog, if you are nervous of animals please don’t waste your time and mine. He lives here you’re just visitor .
The first weeks rent and security deposit is due on receipt of acceptance of the room, or on a pre agreed date. This is non negotiable. If you can’t accept that again don’t waste your time and mine.

I’m not here to give travel advice or to advise on train or bus timetables, how far the room is from Cambridge city centre etc. if in any doubt please use Google Maps or some other map application to satisfy yourself the property is where you’re happy to live.

As you can probably gather I’ve had quite a few time wasters, please be a grown up and make sure you’ve done some due diligence before contacting.

I reserve the right to ask for a reference if I feel it appropriate so I’d advise you have one before contacting.
