Located on the scenic side of Newmarket, only 5 mins walk from the train station, so you can be into the centre of Cambridge in just over 30 mins. The property has an large back garden and lots of country walks are accessible from the front door. There is also ample on street parking.

The house has undergone extensive renovation over the last few months and has just been kitted out with brand few furniture.

Looking for another relaxed and friendly flatmate, who is keen to be part of a sociable house share. The sort of person who enjoys cooking the odd shared meal, movie night or board games evening, would fit in well.

The room will go to the most suitable person. Single occupancy, no pets or students please.
