Studio Annexe

Small self contained annexe in quiet location in Newmarket.

Double bed, en suite shower room and kitchenette. Basic furniture included.

Only shared facility would be to come into the house to use the washing machine.

I have a small dog who is let out into the shared garden.

Looking for someone polite and tidy. Must be willing to dog sit on the occasional evening, and keep on top of the small garden area when it needs it.

£625 plus electric (will have own meter), all other bills included.
