A cosy double bedroom is available in Newmarket town centre.
The house is a two min walk from the town’s high street shops, pubs and restaurants.
It has a car park opposite which does seasonal passes with free parking nearby, and is walking distance from train and bus connections to Cambridge and Bury.
The communal space is shared equally between three people and includes gardens at the back and front, kitchen and dining area, living room and a spare room in the back garden.
I wfh as a journalist and the other lodger in one of the major horse racing stables. We’re both easygoing and keep the place clean, each paying a third of the electric and heating bills.
They come to around £20 in the summer and £60 in the winter, averaging to about £535 over the year.
I’m looking for a responsible and considerate long-term lodger with a stable job and connections to the area.
