Large Double Room in Newmarket

Furnished double room with bills included.
I am working overseas for 3 months so looking for someone to move into my room in a house
with one other male housemate. I can be somewhat flexible on the move in date but currently looking for some time from the 12th August. The room is a good size with two chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table with plenty of space around the furniture.
The house has a decent sized living room with a TV sofa and coffee table. The dinning room has a desk in it which I use for wfh and can likely be used as my housemate works in the office most days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need and there is a big cupboard to store food and lots of space in the fridge freezer as well as a dishwasher. The
house has a lovely terrace at the back with some garden furniture which is lovely to sit out in the sun. The house is a 15 minute walk to the train station which is easily commutable to
Cambridge or Bury.
My housemate is 23 and works as a design engineer for a local automotive company. He’s out most evening either at the gym or doing martial arts. He’s a good friend, not much more to say really. Would like someone of a similar age to join him and unfortunately no students.
