Medium-sized double room with sole use of main bathroom available in lovely 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the heart of Newmarket.
I will be moving in on 1st October (unfurnished apart from kitchen). I have some family/friends visiting in October so I'm looking to find someone for the second room from 1st November. I'll likely have a good bit of the furniture bought by then.
Apartment building has own gym, pool and sauna. Very clean, modern and homely. Gated complex with plenty of parking including garage (I probably won't use the garage so it's available).
I'm a tidy, house-proud person, so would suit someone similar. I love saunas and swimming so I'll probably be down there most nights after work tbh. I eat mainly plant-based and I love to cook for others, so would be great if you like lots of veggie meals too. And wine.
I work in Newmarket 7.30am-5.30pm, likely will be home at lunch time a few days per week. I work a lot of Saturday mornings and occasional Sundays too.
Council tax is £225 per month; I've split it equally and included it in the cost of the room per month. So total rent + council tax is £775.
