The communal space is shared equally between three people and includes gardens at the back and front, kitchen and dining area and living room.
I wfh as a journalist and the other lodger is a healthcare assistant who works in Bury full time. We’re both easygoing and keep the place clean, each paying a third of the electric and heating bills.
They come to around £20 in the summer and £60 in the winter, averaging to about £585 over the year.
The room has come available after its former occupant bought a home.
I’m looking for a responsible and considerate long-term lodger with a stable job and connections to the area.
