Hi,
A spacious, furnished master bedroom is available in Newmarket town centre.
The house is a two min walk from the town’s high street shops, pubs and restaurants.
It has a car park opposite which does seasonal passes with free parking nearby. It’s also within walking distance from train and bus connections to Cambridge and Bury.
The communal space is shared equally between three people and includes gardens at the back and front, kitchen and dining area and living room.
I wfh as a journalist and the other lodger does a bit of everything in one of Newmarket’s stables. We’re both easygoing, sociable and keep the place clean, each paying a third of the electric and heating bills.
They come to around £20 in the summer and £60 in the winter, averaging to about £585 over the year.
The room has come available due to its current occupiers needing to change jobs.
I’m looking for a responsible and considerate long-term lodger with a stable job and connections to the area.
