We are looking for a lodger to move into a large single room in our family home that is situated close to Tesco and other amenities, bus routes (to Newmarket, Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Ely), the A14 and a short distance from Newmarket town (20 mins walk). The room is spacious with a single bed, large fitted wardrobe and blackout blind. There is a bathroom upstairs with a large shower and separate bath and another toilet and sink downstairs.
We have a large kitchen / diner with washing machine, fridgefreezer etc.
We're a happy, friendly family looking for someone who could respectfully fit into our cosy family home.
