A large double bedroom with lounge area and en-suite to rent for a professional looking for a room during the week. These two rooms are on the top floor of a town house. The top floor also has a private en-suite shower room.

We are a friendly professional couple who are looking to rent out the rooms from Monday to Friday for £100 a week. The rooms will be furnished. For the £100 pounds you will get your own personal living space and all bills included. The bills which are included are water, electric, council tax, and unlimited internet.

You will have use of the kitchen, conservatory, and garden. The whole house has recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard.

One month’s deposit will be required.
