Hi, Im looking to find a professional person to share a house that I have just rented. Lovely large clean house on the Studlands estate in Newmarket. I will furnish a large double room with double bed, 32" flat screen tv, drawers, CD stereo and has a very large walk in wardrobe. This house has a good sized bathroom with shower over bath and also has additional downstairs WC, with 42" tv, large living room, large garden, you will have your own fridge/freezer, use of all appliances for eg: washing machine, dryer, cooker and microwave. The house has allocated parking.

Im looking to find a professional person to share this house with me who would like a secure, friendly atmosphere to live in. Im looking for a housemate who has a sense of humour and is friendly and sociable.

The house is positioned very close to the A11 just a couple of minutes away by car and very close to bus route into Newmarket which is 5 minutes away by car.
