I have a large double (king size bed) room available. Ideally I would be looking for a short term let of around 3 months or someone mainly Monday-Friday but flexible on both of these if needed. Sharing with a young professional and a small dog, the house has everything you need; ample parking, dishwasher, wifi, sky plus (with sports), large garden etc and is close to Newmarket town centre, train station and bus stops. The house has two bathrooms so you would not be sharing the bath/shower room with anyone else. I am sorry but no couples or other pets.
