Double room for rent in house in newmarket

Hello, i have a double room available for rent in studlands park in Newmarket, house is tidy with down and upstairs toilets, bath/shower, large kitchen, broadband available, a built in wardrobe and is in a peaceful area close to shops (homebase, asda etc, private garden but no dividing fence, shed available, use of all facilities but excluding living room, i'm looking for someone tidy, trustworthy, quiet and is easy going and nice to chat with :) gender is no issue but must speak good English, thank u
