Spacious room in quiet flat, Newmarket.

I currently have a double room free in my flat in Newmarket, just near the railway station. The flat is quite spacious, with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and has plenty of parking. The spare bedroom is unfurnished.

I am quite a quiet, easy-going person, usually pretty busy and often drawing or painting as i work part time as an illustrator.

Awkwardly, the flat is up for sale (but it has been for over a year!), so there is a chance that we could get a new landlord, or be asked to find a new place to live! With that in mind, i have been looking for different places to rent, and would quite like to move somewhere with a bit of garden space perhaps in one of the villages surrounding Newmarket.
