I am a busy professional with a room to let in my end of terrace house.

I have let the room previously for two weeks to someone studying at a local equine centre. He was from Italy. I also let the room for 3 weeks to a girl doing work experience at a local stud.

Another previous occupant was here a year and a bit, she was a teacher and left to move in with her partner. Before that was a journalist who lived here for just over a year before moving to London.

Short lets and longer lets considered. Male or Female. Ages 18 to 40. Deposit two weeks rent.
