HI THERE, i have here a cleanand tidy room for rent in the newmarket area its a cosey room with a double bed small waldrobe and chester draws . But if you perfer your own furniture thats fine too as i can remove my furniture out .its a small family home . we do have cat`s and they are out most of the time but if you cant live with these plaese dont reply to this ad , we are a friend family and like to make our visiters feel welcome and at home .
