We have a lovely room available with single/double bed as required. We are located in a peaceful village just outside Newmarket. The house has recently been refurbished to a high standard.

This is not your average house share. The house is very spacious, modern, with every mod-con, including jacuzzi bath.

We are looking for someone who knows how to clean after themselves and respect others. Someone who is not looking for a party house but looking for quality accommodation whilst working in Cambridge, Newmarket or Bury St Edmunds.

We have an open-plan kitchen/diner with granite worktops, dining bar, oven, dishwasher, big american fridge/freezer, washer/dryer etc. There is a lounge area in the kitchen with dining table, sofa and TV.

There is a separate shared living room with 65" tv.

Nice private garden plus patio & BBQ. Ideal for sunbathing, working outdoors or evening drinks in summer.

Located 5 mins drive from Newmarket (with Waitrose, Tesco etc). Or it’s an easy 15min commute to Cambridge or Bury St Edmunds. Why live in a small box in town when you can live here in fresh air, quiet surroundings, with lots of space, easy parking (on street) right outside the house, but still near everything.

Its often just as fast to drive from here to Cambridge science park or town center than from other parts of Cambridge.

Rent is inclusive of regular cleaner, council tax and utility bills (subject to fair use policy).
