Double Rooms (for single occupancy)

Hi, my name’s T. Rex! I love this house, but sadly my friend and I have to move on now, so we are looking for lovely people to take over our rooms. Most of our friends here are young professionals in their 20’s and we love this house as we are really close to the high Street, there is a convenience store right opposite, a pub next door and Waitrose is only a short walk away.

The Landlord has set the house up beautifully, as you can see from the pictures. My double bedroom has all the usual stuff (plus a decorative period fireplace) and there’s a spacious shower room right opposite. Downstairs there is a large kitchen with 2 ovens as well as a microwave, so I’m never hungry. And I can sit at the breakfast bar and watch the TV.

As you would expect in a quality house the rent is fully inclusive of water, gas, electricity, council tax and fast broadband. The best thing of all is that the Letting Agent has looked after me ever so well and made me feel really welcome. Any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and a professional cleaner comes in every couple of weeks to look after the shared areas.
