Very Spacious rooms

Hey all!

I have a lovely terrace house that I would like to share. The house is spacious and open plan. There is a super open fire in the living room that we like to put on at the weekends if it's cold. When I say "we", I mean me and my little dog Winston. The bedroom is actually 2 rooms connected, a spacious double and a slightly smaller office/dressing room. This also leads to a flat roof that can be used in summer time to relax on. There is also a small grassed garden. The house is very close to town, shops and the train station so prime location. Whoever I live with needs to be polite, tidy, respectful, English speaking and above all a dog lover. Winston is a little friendly pug, as is common with their nature he loves company(a little needy;) I am laid back, I work hard and am busy, out most of the time.
I am not fussed about gender/orientation but I will only accept a professional and late payments are not permitted. I look forward to meeting you :)
