Exceptionally spacious double room available in three storey Edwardian home in Old Felixstowe with private balcony. The house is situated on a quiet road with ample on-street parking and within easy walking distance of the main town centre, station and promenade. There is high speed BT broadband throughout the property. The room is on the top floor so we provide your own (whisper quiet) fridge, kettle and microwave so you don't have to keep going up and down stairs. You are welcome to use the main kitchen too. You will share a newly fitted modern bathroom with one other person who works away all week. Two elderly cats live here but will stay out of your room if you keep the door shut. This means we cannot accommodate any other pets. We are a peaceful and respectful household but friendly and welcoming. We are looking for a mature person, preferably male, who is working.
