Wireless broadband to be shortly replaced with BT fibre to premises . 3 broadband is amazing I have lived with it for 7 years now and I run an internet business. Large garden with several seating areas and off road parking space.
Cleaner for communal areas on a weekly basis.

For someone only staying Monday to Friday I am prepered to reduce rent.

I have my own lounge so only use the kitchen predominantly at the weekends.

I am looking for a clean and tidy professional male or female who likes company but can respect others rights to privacy. I have one male lodger who is only here Friday to Sunday night and the other male lodger stays 7 days a week.
