A little more about the house:

Bedroom-is furnished and includes a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Due to be getting new furniture in the new year.

Access to the rest of the house-

Dining room and lounge- tv/dvd, Sky, Netflix, Disney +, internet, sofa, dining table and chairs.

Kitchen- fan oven, American fridge freezer, own freezer/fridge space, air fryer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, use of pans, etc.

Bathroom/wet room- bath, shower, cupboard space.

Garden-patio area with table and chairs

Upstairs toilet.

Parking is on the road

Cleaner to clean communal areas every other week.
