Double bedroom

You would be living with myself (landlord) and one other lodger under a 1 monthly rolling contract. We are 25 and 26 and we are looking for someone of a similar age.

House has 7 rooms total, there is an adjacent spare room with desk which you are free to use for working from home and general storage of your stuff. Shared shed if you have a bicycle.

Very close to Cefas where we work.
Pets would have to be considered on a case-by case basis as the whole house is carpeted.

Parking is unrestricted on the road in front of the house and roads nearby.
Bedroom is facing the back of the house so is quite unaffected by road noise. Photos are old and contain some furnishings that aren't included. I'll put better photos up soon.
Gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband included, you will just need your own linen and food.

Parking is unrestricted in front of house and nearby roads. Pets considered but on a case-by-case basis.
