Pakefield by the sea

I have 2 doule rooms vacant but generally i only let out 1 at a time unless both rooms are requested by friends or a family. It would be ideal for anyone working in the area looking for a nice home away from home or indeed people seeking a week or so beach side holiday .Just next to the beach. On bus routes ,10 minutes from railway station.
Ample road side parking.
Share use of household facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking needs. A large fridge freezer microwave washing machine etc. You would have your own kitchen cupboards. I have a covered area out side for drying clotes and a clothes horse.
Shared bathroom downstairs i allow the lodger to decide their preferred time to use bath / shower and i work around your time requirements.
Very clean house newly decorated would only suit a clean and tidy person .Would not be suitable as a work from home situation. It is a very nice house close to the beach.20 minutes drive from James Paget hospital so ideal for any healthcare professionals. There are a few local pub that serve food. There is a local Co Op 3 minutes walk. Morrisions Aldi BnM and other outlets 10 mintes walk. I supply clean bedding and towels every week. I would never enter your room without requesting to do so in advance for cleaning only or you may wish to do your own that's entirely up to you.
