Double bedroom available in my shared home in Rendlesham. Anyone interested would be required to pay a deposit and to provide references from their last landlord.
Only professional, responsible applicants who will respect and keep their room and ensuite clean and tidy will be considered.
There is a dear four-legged friend in permanent residence.
Enclosed sunny garden to enjoy when the weather gets warmer.
Usual facilities included e. g. washing machine, space in large fridge etc. ... bills included.
Bed linen, duvet and towels are not supplied.
Past guests say this is a happy and warm home environment which is obviously good to know.
