3-bed house share with 1 person

Hello there and thanks for reading this advert.

I just moved into a 3-bedroom house in Risby and would like to find a lodger.

The property has: two toilets (one downstairs, one up); one bathroom; a kitchen with plenty of storage space and a large fridge-freezer; a large living-room with log-burner; a garden with a patio; an outbuilding with a washing machine; and parking sufficient for two cars.

All the bills are included in the price, and the WiFi is fast.

I work mostly from home, but I promise not to disturb you day or night. I go to bed at a reasonable time and will respect your privacy and preferences.

I have no preference about your age, gender, politics, etc.

In my spare time I play guitar and read.

Apart from the ability to pass referencing, you will probably need a sense of humour!
