3-Bedroom House Share

Hello there and thanks for reading this advert.

I just moved into a 3-bedroom house in Risby and would like to find a second lodger.

The property has: two toilets (one downstairs, one up); one bathroom; a kitchen with plenty of storage space and a large fridge-freezer; a large living-room with log-burner; a garden with a patio; an outbuilding with a washing machine; and parking sufficient for your car.

All the bills are included in the price, and the WiFi is fast.

The mattress and bedframe are new and good quality (king size).

I work mostly from home, but I am quiet during the day and night. I go to bed at a reasonable time and will respect your privacy and preferences.

I have no preference about your age, gender, politics, etc.

In my spare time I play guitar and read.

Ideally I would like to find somebody who works 9 - 5, purely because of my sleeping routine.
