Comfortable house-share in quiet village

Hello there and thank you for reading this advert.

I am looking for a lodger with whom to share my 3-bedroom house in Risby, a beautiful village on the outskirts of Bury St. Edmunds.

From my house you can drive to Bury St. Edmunds in 5 minutes, to Newmarket in approximately 15 minutes, or to Cambridge in 30 minutes.

(You will need to own and drive a car to live here, as my house is in a small, remote village)

I'm a young, professional guy who enjoys gardening and books.

I love animals; so I'd consider sharing with someone who has a pet.

I'm only looking for one person to share with.

I want to share with someone who goes to sleep at a reasonable time; has good standards of hygiene and cleanliness; is respectable about noise and does not cook at unsociable hours.
