Double room for rent quiet location with parking

I live on my own with 2 cats and a dog and work as a gardener. I am looking for an independent lodger, who enjoys their own company. My house is a reasonable size with 3 bedrooms, upstairs bathroom with power rainfall shower over the bath; living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs. There is a garden and patio outside with access into the field behind. You would have shared use of all facilities and your own double bedroom, which is minimally furnished. Rougham is the largest village in Suffolk. I live close to the only shop in the village (also a post office) and close to the only pub.
