Comfortable Double in clean house

Room with double bed, overlooking garden; bills included in quiet street in Saxmundham. I generally stay from Thurs night to Sunday afternoon, whilst working and renting myself in West London during the week. Also usually visit and stay as my holiday getaway at half-terms from my position in a school. So the bathroom adjacent to the room can be primarily for your own use. Location is ideal for exploring by train or bus, also near high street with Waitrose, Tesco and takeaways. Parking is available outside the house, on street as and when a space frees up. The house is light and bright with spacious kitchen and sunny garden. Also has a front room parlour and downstairs loo!
