The sleeping area has a double bed, bedside cabinet and storage area.
The lounge area has a double settee, coffee table and television with sky box receiving freesat channels.
The kitchen area has extensive worktops and cupboards, together with a sink, fridge/freezer, washer/ dryer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, cups, plates & microwave.
The room is accessed via. own external staircase, with allocated off street parking.
Free broadband and all bills included. Ideal for anyone seeking privacy & security.
The accommodation is not ideally suited to full time permanent occupation as the cooking facilities are limited to a microwave & a toaster.
Note. I will not rent to anyone on benefits, or not in full time employment. This is a short term rental and for legal purposes, you will be considered a lodger, you will not be a tenant. No visitors to stay over.
