4 rooms in a separated upstairs part of the house. Accessed through the main house. Bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchenette with microwave, hob, toaster, sink and kettle. The house dates from 1660 so doors are low and if you’re tall you will hit your head (usually takes a few times before people remember). Quiet, off road parking, rural setting and a bit of garden if you want it. I have a big bouncy dog who you will definitely get to know but can get away from.
