Large double room in Snape

You would have the largest bedroom in the house (unfurnished). Shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen (furnished). I have a young, well trained golden Labrador called Billy. Double garage and lovely large garden. Would need your own car most likely - room for two cars on the driveway. I am a teacher who works long hours and am looking for a quiet, tidy, easy going and reliable flatmate. I spend my free time walking the dog, tidying/cleaning, watching copious amounts of tv and seeing friends. We also have lovely neighbours. No couples,, veggies/vegans welcome (I eat animal products though), non smokers preferred. All bills included, except yearly top ups of oil for the heating, which we would split down the middle.
