Large double room in Snape

You would have the larger double bedroom (unfurnished). Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and conservatory (furnished). I have a 3 year old golden Labrador called Billy (help with walking him would be very much appreciated, although obviously not expected, as I work full time). Double garage and lovely large garden. Would need your own car most likely - room for two cars on the driveway. I am a teacher who works long hours and am looking for a quiet, tidy, easy going and reliable flatmate. I spend my free time walking the dog, tidying/cleaning, watching copious amounts of tv and seeing friends. We also have lovely neighbours. Veggies/vegans welcome (I eat animal products), non smokers preferred. All bills included, except yearly top ups of oil for the heating, which we would split down the middle.
