Bedroom & Bathroom for rent.

Hello, I'm looking to rent out my unfurnished spare bedroom. 

IMPORTANT; I have two spaniels. They're absolutely no danger, fully trained and of course I will continue to care and provide for them the same as ever. They do not bark and are also crate trained. So if I'm not home and you want them out of your way they'll happily go into their crate and remain quiet.

There's space enough to fit a double bed, wardrobe and dresser in whilst still being able to comfortably move around. 

You'll have access to your own bathroom which has a bath, toilet and sink in. Towel rack to hang two bath towels, hand towel holder. There is also ample space in the bathroom for a form of storage cabinet.

The kitchen area will be shared by myself and the tenant. Space will be provided in the fridge freezer along with any necessary cupboard space.

You are of course welcome to eat at the dining table with me, alone or in the comfort of your own room.

There is a private car park just behind the house which has a visitors car park space next to mine. This space is currently unoccupied every day.

Monthly rent will go towards gas, electric & water. WiFi. Tv licence. Though such specific details can be ironed out at a later date.

Only thing I ask past the rent is to just keep the bedroom and bathroom is a semi presentable state.
