I’m looking to rent out my spare bedroom in a clean, well-kept home.

The room is spacious enough to comfortably fit a double bed, wardrobe and dresser while still having plenty of room to move around.

You’ll also have access to your own bathroom, including bath, toilet, sink and towel storage, with additional space for a small storage cabinet if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is ample fridge/freezer and cupboard space available.

There is private parking located just behind the property, including visitor parking nearby.

Rent is £575 per calendar month and includes:

WiFi

TV Licence

Gas, electric and water bills would be shared separately.

I work away regularly, so the house is generally quiet and relaxed.

I’m looking for someone respectful, clean and easy to live with who will help keep the house in good condition.

Friends and visitors are absolutely fine within reason, but this is not a party house.

Unfortunately:

No smoking

The tenancy arrangement would be a rolling 6-month agreement with one month’s notice required from either side.
