Fully furnished double bedroom available with private bathroom. The room has a double bed, large chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe, and there is a further wardrobe available for use in the spare bedroom.

The house is a bungalow in a quiet village (Stetchworth), 5 mins drive from Newmarket and 20-25 min drive from Cambridge. Newmarket and Dullingham train stations are within a few miles but minimal public transport from the village itself so a car would likely be needed. Large driveway for parking. Lovely garden that backs on to fields and footpaths, perfect for running/walking. Also close by to some lovely pubs/restaurants. There is a large garage that can be used for storage.

The shared space includes a large living room with wood burner, dining room, and kitchen. There is a spare bedroom with a sofa bed for the occasional guest.

Broadband, sky tv, tv license and council tax included in rent. If preferred I am happy to adjust rent to include all bills (electric, water, heating oil).

I have 2 whippets and 2 cats so I am looking for someone who is happy sharing their space with animals. They can be kept out of the bedroom but otherwise have free access to the house. I would be happy to consider someone with a dog as long as it is good with cats/other dogs and not destructive in the house.
