We have a lovely double room available, with its own separate lounge area, in our peaceful village house just outside Newmarket.

This is not your average house share. The house is very spacious, modern and is maintained to high standards.

We are looking for someone who knows how to clean after themselves and respect others. Someone who is not looking for a party house but looking for quality accommodation whilst working in Cambridge, Newmarket or Bury St Edmunds.

We have two rooms coming soon:
#1. Ensuite double room with its own separate lounge area. Ground floor. Plenty of storage. Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelves. Freshly decorated and new carpets fitted. Offstreet parking. Available 3rd August.

#2. First floor bedroom with bed which can be either single or double. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, recently decorated. Shares bathroom with 1 other person. Easy on-street parking available directly opposite the house. Available 22 August.

We have an open-plan kitchen/diner with granite worktops, dining bar, oven, dishwasher, big american fridge/freezer, washer/dryer etc. There is a lounge area in the kitchen with dining table, sofa and TV.

Fast fibre internet covers the house with a mesh wifi network for strong wifi signals.

Nice private garden with patio & BBQ. Ideal for sunbathing, working outdoors or evening drinks in summer.

Located 5 mins drive from Newmarket (with Waitrose, Tesco etc). Or it’s an easy 15min commute to Cambridge or Bury St Edmunds. Why live in a small box in town when you can live here in fresh air, quiet surroundings, with lots of space, but still near everything.

Its often just as fast to drive from here to Cambridge science park or town center than from other parts of Cambridge.
