Located just south of Newmarket (see map), its an easy 15min commute to Cambridge or Bury St Edmunds. Why live in a small box in Cambridge with parking nightmares when you can live here in fresh air, quiet surroundings, with lots of space, easy parking, but still near everything.

Its often just as fast to drive from here to Cambridge science park, Fulbourn or town center than from other parts of Cambridge!

Single occupancy only (occasional overnight guests fine).

Rent is inclusive of weekly cleaner and bills but subject to a fair use policy and review in light of current utility market volatility.
