Large, double room to rent

It is a big double room in a laid back house, in exchange for living with my dogs and not living in an immaculate showhome. I like it tidy but not mega house proud or strict,
Private parking space, separate toilet, shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen, easy access to the A14, ,nice and close ,only 1 mile to town centre, and station but not too close that you can hear anything., unlimited internet , all bills are included,

As for the dogs, they are my main priority, I have 2 , and they live as part of the family, we are away some weekends competing at dog agility competitions, I also work full time and spend the rest of the day walking or training them so they are chilled at home and very well behaved
Other pets can be considered as long as they all get on
New tenant can be any age, or sex , must be responsible and sensible and a non smoker, or strictly outside
