Studio flats on Stowmarket high street

We have a large house split into 6 apartments. Two of those is available to rent as of now.

The studio room has its own small kitchen with hob and oven/microwave. It’s own fridge/freezer and storage cupboards.

There is a communal washing room in the basement that has a washing machine and a tumble dry that are totally free to use.

It also has its own bathroom with mains pressure shower.

There is also a communal garden that is lovely in the summer and great for storing bikes.

Currently we have a wide range of professionals in the other apartments.

The WiFi is super fast so even in lockdown everyone could work and watch tv.

All bills are included apart from electricity which is individually metered for each apartment.

No parking is included but there are streets near by that you can use and a large car park opposite that is free from 6pm to 8:30am.
