💡 The Agreement

£700 per month including all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband).

1-month rolling contract with 1-month notice on either side.

£700 refundable deposit.

Rent due on the 1st of each month (standing order or cash).

As a male live-in landlord sharing kitchen and bathroom facilities, I’ve found it works best to live with a female lodger for comfort and household balance.

Please note: I may travel abroad occasionally for work or personal reasons. The home remains my primary residence, and arrangements will be made to ensure everything runs smoothly while I’m away.

Quiet hours: 6 p. m. – 11 a. m.
No smoking, no pets, and please keep shared areas clean and tidy.
