Large Single bedroom available

First floor large bedroom, single occupancy only, own shower but share of 2 toilets one up and one down, use of small but fully equipt Kitchen plus dining room, use of washing machine, courtyard and bike storage if required

Communal areas will be cleaned by owner, but please keep kitchen clean, will like to recycle as much of our waste as possible so I will put a list of items in which bins and days we have them emptied

Owner & Husband live onsite but are mainly out during the day
