Double room close to town

I have a good sized double room that im looking to rent out. Its an open plan downstairs with kitchen and utility area at the back leading to the garden with the bathroom and bedrooms upstairs. The garden has a couple of veg patches so there would be space to grow some food. Town centre is a five minute walk aswell as there being two supermarkets nearby.

About me, well I'm 27, work full time so during the week I like to relax in the evenings and the weekends are time for me to be social. Im looking for someone to move in thats quite a social person with similar interests although I'm easy going and will get on with most people.
