Quiet, tidy very comfortable household Mon-Fri

I am looking to let a double room to a professional person who is tidy and can respect the other occupants of the house. Please work regular daytime hours as I do some work from home. Currently I live at the property as well as another lodger.

The house is a large 4 bedroom house, the main bathroom is shared and has a power shower and bath as well as WC. There is a seperate WC down stairs and MY bedroom has ensuite but not the others. The room had a double bed, drawers, built in cupboards, blinds, curtains, radiator with temperature regulator and is carpeted.

All bills included apart from land telephone.

Sturmer is a lovely quiet village just outside Haverhill. There is a good bus route to Haverhill although it is not far to walk. It's 20 minutes from Granta Park, 25 mins from Cambridge and 25 mins from Bury St Edmunds.
I have a hawk which stays in the garden as well as a pair of dormice in a tank which I'm looking to sell.

There is ample safe parking in the road adjacent to the house. Being a no through road it is quite safe.
