Housemate wanted

I work in London and come back to the house from time to time but you would have the house to yourself most of the time. The house will be sold in the next 6 months.

There is a quiet, light, fully furnished, double bedroom available. The room has a double bed, desk, sidetable and double glass fronted wardrobe.

The property is a 10 minute walk to the station, Kingfisher gym and Waitrose and a 30 second walk to the river and the common.

The kichen has microwave, oven, 4 hob cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining room with old fashioned dresser and a cosy sitting room.
Parking is on street otherwise the house is within walking distance of free car parks. Rent includes bills, subject to use of energy and water.
